GUY GARNER RIDES WINNER SPECIAL CABLEGRAM. PARIS, Franco, March 22. Niceas, carrying the colors of Aga Khan and ridden by Guy Garner, the American jockey, won the Prix Edmond Blanc at St. Cloud this afternoon easily. Golden Hope, ridden by Bullock, was second and Robert Espange, with Sharpe in the saddle, was third. Niceas was never extended.
