Lane sold the two-year-old Chief Cody, a chestnut son of High Time — Cra.e Harlan, to Mrs. J. B. Schartz. The colt is a brother to Times Up. Trainer J. Fitzimmons has turned out H. S. Maxwells Do i.r Die for the summer at YV. B Jennings farm near Baltimore. The two -year-old will be placed in training late in the fall. The Oak Bidge stables Apprehension, which was a winner the first time out the opening day of the Jamaica meeting, will be sun under colors, in the running of the Spring Handicap on Tuesday next.
