; ; j I j i ! ; . j I LEAVE FOR BELMONT STAKES LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 26.— The impressive performance shown by Modest in the Grainger Memorial Handicap last Saturday has decided trainer John Schorr to send him East to fill his engagement in the Belmont Stakes in which he will be opposed by the crack three-year-olds of the East. Modest will be shipped with the Leona Farm con-: signment intended for racing in New York following the close here. The horses will be shipped Sunday. Beau Butler is also an intended starter in the Belmont Stakes and will be transferred from here to Latonia and shipped from that track to New York Tuesday. — A
