Webb is also desirous of entering the colt in the Chicago Derby, but wil defer making the entry until Judge Joseph Murphy arrives here this week. j The only other stake engagements Black Gold has for the summer are the Latonia Derby and Independence Handicap to be run at Latonia and the Raceland Derby at the ; new Raceland track. The colt was given a gallop at one mile Tuesday morning, going tho distance easily in 1 :44. j
