i j l i | ; I ! j j AUDLEY FARM STABLES EACING PLANS LATONIA, Ky., June 23.— Trainer K. Spence has almost completed his plans for the future and following the Latonia meeting he will ship twenty horses to Saratoga. He has also planned to send a number to Hawthorne to race. The Clown, winner of last years Latonia Derby, which pulled up lame in a recent workout, and the three-j year-old Frankman will be sent to Audley Farm. Montfort and B. B. Jones, owners of the stable, who, owing to pressure of business, have been prevented from coming to Latonia this meeting, are expected to be on hand to see their Lord Martin start in the Latonia Derby. Trainer Spence has been ad-j vised that Audley Farm has been enlarged by the acquisition of 300 acres of adjoining property. The work of breaking the yearlings at Audley Farm will be started early in July, and Walter Brennan will go there to assist George Strate in the work. |
