INVESTIGATING HORNS RIDE ON SOGGARTH AROON HAWTHORNE RACE TRACK, Aug. 12. The stewards are making a deligent investigation into jockey F. Horns ride on Soggarth Aroon, Monday. They had the rider and Phil Reutcr, trainer of the horse, before them Tuesday for interrogation. They ordered Jewell "V. D. withdrawn from Wednesdays handicap and also ordered Attilia scratched from the last race today. No further entries will be accepted from horses under Reuters care until the case is cleared up. .
