BALBOA, away well and energetically ridden, raced into the lead at once and, drawing far away in the stretch, won in a canter. TRY AGAIN moved up rapidly and was running gamely at the iiid. SPECIAL was close up all the way, but tired in the last eighth. UP AND AT KM raced prominently until in the last eighth where he began tiring. WILL WELLS stumbled just before reaching the stretch. ANNA H. was ridden wide into the stretch, but was racing well at the end. LITTLE JIMMY set a fast pace, but began tiring after going the first three-eighths. CLIQUE was never given an opportunity to settle fully into his 6tride. BAD LUCK dropped back after going a half mile. BLACK DINAH lost her rider at the start. LADY FOX ran a fine race, but began tiring after having shown the most speed to the last sixteenth. LORD GRANITE had to be hard ridden for the first half and was going fastest at the end. PINDAR PEEL dropped back soon after the start, but came with a rush throngh the last eighth. THE RUNT raced into the lead on the last turn, but tired near the finish. KINGS RANSOM closed a big gap and was going fastest of aU at the end. DR. HICKMAN quit badly after setting the early pace and going well for five-eighths. QQ-g TJTC FIFTH RACE 1 3-16 Miles. OVER FIRE raced into the lead just before reaching the stretch, but could not withstand the winners challenge. POLLYMARA ran well, but began tiring after reaching the stretch. MISS MISCHIEF showed the most speed for three-quarters, but failed to stay the route. Scratched S1990 Attilia, 110.
