FRANK J. BRYAN AT TIMONIUM SARATOGA SPRINGS, N. T., Aug. 12. Frank J. Bryan will again be at Timonium Fair for the first Aveek in September. Mr. Bryan has been an official there for the past several years and as William P. Riggs has not entirely recovered from his recent sickness Mr. Bryan probably will be called upon to take charge of the racing secretarys office during the fair and race meeting.
