NEWS OF THE INJURED SARATOGA SPRINGS, Aug. 12. Earl Sande, confined to the Saratoga Hospital, is becoming reconciled to his enforced confinement His broken leg continues to knit sat-isafctorily and there is, thus far, no evidence of any complications. Reports of the condition of steeplechase jockey William Keating were decidedly favorable today and he now seems to have tyi excellent chance to recover.
