FEODOR WINS THE FEATURE Takes Toledos Main Race After Thrilling Stretch Duel Doubles for Eames and Dolin. TOLEDO, Ohio, Aug. 21. Feodor from the stable of J. AV. Overby was returned winner of the Secor Hotel Purse, todays feature at Fort Miami Park, after a thrilling stretch duel in which every horse with the exception of Stamp was a formidable contender. The finish found Feodor a neck in front of Bid-dledee which beat Cock o the Roost by a head for second place with Peter Pierson a close fourth. The day was an ideal one for the sport but the track was in a heavy condition and this made fast time impossible. A fair sized crowd was present and the spectators were successful in locating the winner, short priced horses accounting for the majority of the races. Jockeys Eames and Dolin divided riding honors, the former winning with Maiden Voter and Lent while Dolin was astride Sam and Ella Wood. Nancolas Brothers claimed Stamp out of the sixth race for ,500. Machiavelli, Copyright and Rapid Stride have been placed on the schooling list by starter Dean.
