NICEAS WINS AGAIN SPECIAL CABLEGRAM. PARIS, France, Sept. 23. Niceas, carrying the colors of the Aga Khan, defeated C. Ran-uccis Irish sprinter, Vesington Star, in the Prix de La Manche, one of the features of the first day of International Week at Mai-sons-Lafitto yesterday. Jefferson Davis Conns Le Roi won the Tamise Handicap, or French Cambridgeshire. Twenty-seven started in the race. The Aga Khan is planning to bring his colt, Salmon-Trout, here from England to start in the Prix de LArc de Tri-omphe.
