IN GOOD STANDING AGAIN Word comes from Vancouver that C. E. Matthews and the horse Quinp which were ruled off for the abuse of the claiming rule at the Willows Park meeting in Victoria in September, 1923, have been restored to good standing by order of "the "stewards.
