HAYNES RETURNS TO FRANCE NEW YORK, N. Y., Oct 23. Everett Haynes, the American jockey who rode Epinard in the three International Specials, returned to France with his employer, Pierre-Wertheimer. Haynes expects to return to this country about Thanksgiving. His wife and daughter are now at Jamaica. Everett and his family will spend the winter with his mother in Oklahoma City, but he will go to France to ride for Wertheimer next year.
