. i . i , , 5 I JOHN P. GRIERS NEW HOME LAUREL, Md., Oct. 23. Dr. Jl. W. Carter is here for a few days. He reported that John P. Grier, recently sold by H. P. Whit-i ney to F. Wallis Armstrong, arrived at Mr. Armstrongs Meadowview Farm, Mbrristown, N. J., in excellent condition. He stood last spring at Carr and Piatts farm in Kentucky and has twenty-one foals of 1921. Vindex is the other stallion at Mr. Armstrongs farm: This horse also he bought from Mr. Whit- . ney. There are. twenty mares on the farm besides fifteen yearlings by Vindex and thir- teen or fourteen weanlings by the same sire.
