GRENADIER followed the early pacemakers closely under good riding and. wearing JIM COFFROTH down, outjumped the latter at the last jump and drew away on the flat. JIM COFFROTH jumped well and ran a good race, but tired right at the end. CONNIEBERT jumped well, but tired from making the pace. CHUCKLE lost his rider at the first jump.
