TO RIDE IN STEEPLECHASES LAUREL, Md., Oct 30. Winnie OConnor is going into training for riding through the field at Pimlico. OConnor rode with success on the flat in this country before going to France twenty-two years ago, and performed with credit on the flat and over the jumps abroad, but never rode over the obstacles in this country.
