OLD ENGLISH TURFMAN DEAD SPECIAL CABLEGRAM. LONDON, England, Nov. 4. Henry Seel-yin, who was active on the turf as an owner for a number of years, died Sunday at the age of ceventy-five. Mr. Seelvin never maintained a large stable, but with a modest establishment he met with success in proportion. His best winner was Simon Pure, which ran a dead heat with Diligence in the Kempton Park great jubilee handicap last year.
