FRENCH RIDINGHONORS SPECIAL CABLEGRAM. PARIS, France, Nov. 4. The battle for 1924 riding honors in France between Sem-blat and Guy Garner, the American rider, appears to have been practically settled in favor of the Frenchman. Semblat is now leading his American rival by four winning mounts and with the season drawing rapidly to a close this advantage appears a safe one.
