c TINGLING AND JOCKEY NOE Prove Winning Combination in Best Race of Fridays Card at Columbus. COLUMBUS, Ohio, Nov. 7. The Green Briar Stables Tingling, ridden by K. Noe, was returned winner of the concluding race, which brought together the best of the day : at Beulah Park. The winner was under restraint for three-quarters, moved up strongly when called upon, and assuming the lead at the stretch post, held Waywassamo safe at the end. The latter was easily the best of the others, while Pretext finishing strongly, out-gamed Sundial II. for third place. This was jockey Noes second win of the afternoon, he having scored with Glenn in the sixth race, after leading all the way. Jockey V. Swanson also scored a double win Avith Black Mask and Kinsman. The latter showed the way throughout and was never seriously threatened. Black Mask only secured victory after a hard stretch battle with Louise Wagner. Miss Nancy, making her first start, was the winner of the opening dash in which two-year-olds participated after a very close finish. Red and Balefull were handy winners in their respective races.
