DENY REPORT OF SALE NEW YORK, N. Y., Dec. 24. C. J. Fitz Gerald, speaking with the authority of the executors for the estate of the late August Belmont, denied the published report that it has been definitely decided that the horses of the former chairman of the Jockey Club will be sold either at public auction or vately. The horses in training are at mont Park, under the care of trainer Louis Feustei, while the brood mares, stallions and weanlings are at. the Nursery Stud, near ington, Ky. The executors of the Belmont estate are Mrs. Belmont, Morgan Belmont and Col. Cornelius W. Wickersham. Mr. Fitz Gerald declares that no action whatsoever has been taken as yet regarding the disposi- tion of the horses.
