BANKER BROWN raced into the lead midway of the stretch and drew away easily near the end. FLOY LILLIE was tiring badly at the end after displaying the most early speed. PIUNCE DIRECT closed up gamely on the outside after rounding the far urn and was doing lis best at the end. MIKE MORRISSEY closed a big gap and finished with a rush on the outside.
