France, April 20.— Frankie Keogh. who suffered several broken ribe and a severe shaking up in a fall at the St. floud track two weeks ago, is rapidly recovering. Jt waa necessary to remove the American jockey to the American hospital for treatment but he is now out and when the weather is good he takes exercisa regularly.
