Harvey rode brilliantly during the recent Bowie meeting and is displaying the same horsemanship at Havre da Grace. L Schaefer, Tijuana ap-• rentice, has met with great success the past two weeks, riding nine winners last week and eleven the previous week. These victories have served to place him in a tie for second place with L Neal, who led the winning jockey list at Havana, and who has been idle since that meeting. K. Noe, the Miami sen-I sation, and also idle, is relagated to fifth place. Second to Schaefer in number of winning mounts for the week is G. Johnson, with eight, whose contract, it is said, was purchased by E R. Bradley for ?10,0O0. The standing of the thirty leaders from January 1 to and including the racing of Saturday follows: Jockey.
