EARL SANDE AT HAVRE HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., April 20.— Jockey Earl Sande, aceomntinied by his brother-in-law, A. Case, was an arrival from New York. He was busy this morning galloping horses for Max Hirseh and looks fit as a fiddle. Sande will have the mount on Sarazen in the Newark Handicap tomorrow and he is sure to got a rousing sendoff when he appears with the colors up. Sande will most likely remain here for the remainder of the meeting.
