Won driving; second and third the same. TOP LADY raced into the lead on the last turn and drew away in the stretch, but was tiring at the end. GOLDEN MAIDEN saved ground and took the lead on the first turn, where the others raced wide, and held second place safe after being passed. PETER BRUSH suffered from interference after the start, but raced well. AUNT LAURA was going fast at the end. TORCHER and DICKEY LEE were forced extremely wide on the first turn. FOLLOW ME raced close up throughout and finished well, but could never get to the winner. MELBOURNE closed up gamely in the stretch and was going fast at the end. ROMA tired after racing well to the stretch turn. RED MILL closed a gap.
