I JAMAICA TURF NOTES NEW YORK, N. Y., May 9. Jockey M. Fator was removed to the Fifth Avenue Hospital this morning for an X-ray I examination. Fator complained of pains in j his arm in addition to those in his shoulder. Jockey Eddie Ambrose leaves for Louisville Tuesday night. Ambrose will ride Boon Companion in the renewal of the Derby. Jockeys, Sande, Kummer and McAtee returned from Pimlico today and accepted mounts during the afternoon. L. H. Sawyers Belcross has been turned out for the year, due to lameness in his knees. James Donnelly, who was well known to racing men through his connection with John Cavanaugh, died at his home in Brooklyn last night. The funeral will be held from his late residence, 944 Albany Avenue, Brooklyn, Rigel was claimed from J. A. Coburn in the third race, by August Loiacano, for ,000. Demijohn was claimed by Morris Topel, for ,000.
