JOCKEY REPORTS TO WEANT LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 9.— Jockey Arthur Mortenson, a western youngster and a development of the Tijuana meeting, will be seen in the saddle at the coming meeting. He arrived here yesterday and lost no time in starting in to gallop the horses belonging to W. C. Weant.
