BRINKLEY began slowly and raced wide, but closed a gap and Un shod fast. BLACK CRACKLE dosed a big gap McCCLI.OCH had no mishaps. MISS ROSE-DALE was done after running a good half mile. MR. BILTMORE showed speed. GAKR was far back from the start. POST DISPATCH ran well, but was ridden wide into the stretch and tiring at the end. BONA VERA came fast through the last quarter and got up for third place in the final strides. DES-PARD raced into a good lead but quit in the last sixteenth. DANDYBRUSH raced in bad form and was well beaten after going a half mile. NULLI SECUNDUS t.red in the stretch
