BLIND HORSE IS WITHDRAWN I.ATONIA. Ky.. June 4. — The stewards ordered Jack Hampton scratched from the fourth race on report of the paddock judge that the horse was totally blind in one eye and had a large spot in the other. Jockey ilray also asked to be excused from riding tho horse. Money bet on the horse was refunded.
