KINSMAN was shuffled back at the half and lost many lengths, then finished well, but was unable to reach the winner in the stretch. ARENDAL, off well, set a good pace, hut tired in the atretch. YENIZELOS was saved close up for the first half, then took the lead when called on in the stretch and was under restraint at the finish. LIEUTENANT FARRELL was far back in the early running, bat slowly worked liis way through next to the rail and headed CARE FREE when fifty yards out. CAKE FREE set a good pace to the stretch and tired MM! BELLS ran a game race. FELICITOUS tired in the stretch after being close up. MARY CONTRARY ran well for a half mile then tired.
