PROPOSED FLORIDA TRACKS One at Oldsmar, Tampa, Certain to Be Constructed — Matt J. Winn at Head of Venture. LATONIA. Ky.. June 10.— The Florida race track building has passed the rumor stage and has taken on concrete fact, at least so far as the buildinp of one of the proposed three new racing ours B, The one certain of erection is on the west coast, at Oldsmar. in :ir Tampa. Its construction was continent em whither there was a desire for the truck by the people in the neighborhood and adjacent where it is to be situated. Word to that effect came today fn m Harvey Myers, who was commissioned to act as the emissary of tlu.s.. headed by Col. Matt J. Wmn. wb i arc to fiaanee Ihe project. Mr. Myers his been on the ground stacs Saturday.
