PROPOSED FLORIDA TRACKS One at Oldsmar, Tampa, Certain to Be Constructed — Matt J. Winn at Head of Venture. LATONIA. Ky.. June 10.— The Florida race track building has passed the rumor stage and has taken on concrete fact, at least so far as the buildinp of one of the proposed three new racing ours B, The one certain of erection is on the west coast, at Oldsmar. in :ir Tampa.
