! JAMAICA TURF NOTES NEW YORK, N. Y . May 4. Jockey Karl Sande leaves for Pimlieo tonight to ride Bee Bosenbergs Ingrid in tin Pimlieo Oaks. Sande will in all probability ride one of K. H. Bradlevs starters in the Kentucky Derby. Harry Richards has received permission from Oeorge Odom to ride Walter M. Jef-ferds Mars in the Ireakness. Charles Ferraro sold Lady Boss to W. W. Harden and she will be shipped to Louisville and enter the stud. She is by Manager Waite -Viola Cttild. Hmil Hen left for Louisville. Ky.. to witness the Derby. The condition and stake books for the Belmont Park meeting were distributed amongst the horsemen today. It was decided yesterday to have the funeral of the late Francis B. Hitchcock at three oclock Wednesday at the Little Church Around the Corner instead of at noon as was at first announced. This will prevent many of his racing friends from attending. Edward Arlington will sail for France Friday on the Olympic. He plans a short visit abroad and will join Charlie Consalvo at arlsbad. There were so many mistakes in the Jamaica program Tuesday that the notice board was hardly big enough to record the corrections. F. Catrone joined the ranks of the full-fledged riders when he piloted the Hancocas Stables Celidon to victory in the second race. This marked his fortieth victory. The apprentice allowance which was claimed for Futuro in the third race was waived. Catrone has been in the employ of S. C Hildreth for six years. Hedgefenee. winner of the Tijuana Derby of 1925 for the Creentree Stable, made his first start today for the first time since the Wood Stakes last year when he was badly cut down. ♦- ■
