ARRIVALS AT FAIRMOUNT McGill Stable of Thirteen Reach Collinsville Bringing Number of Horses to About 200. COLLINSYILLR. 111.. May 4— The J. C. McGill stable of thirteen horses, headed by Spic and Span, arrived at Fairmount Park, yesterday. This brings the number of horses now at the Collinsville course to about 200, according to C Bruce Head, general man-user of the Fairmount Jockey Club. Several other shipments are expected this week and arrangements are being made to receive the arriving stables that will come in a steady stream from now until the opening day of the Fairmount Spring meeting. May 20. Mr. Head was advised yesterday of his reelection as a member of the board of directors of the Thoroughbred Horsemens Association at the annual meeting in Ix-xing-ton. Ky. He has served as a member of the board for six years and has been very active in the organizations work in the interest of the owners of thoroughbreds. The Fairmount Jockey Club offices have beea moved from the Metropolitan Building. Ehud St. Louis, to Fairmount Park and all mail, telegram and telephone calls should henceforth be directed to Collinsville. 111. Temporary headquarters have been made of the racing secretarys offices at the track and these will be used until new general offices in the Club Mouse are in readiness for occupancy. ♦•
