Guy Bedwell arrived Friday morning at Fairmount to add the final touches to Cud-Kellers preparation for the Jefferson Hotel Handicap Saturday. The final edition of the Fairmount condition books was issued here Friday. The Valley Stakes and the Special Independence Handicap are the features that remain to he decided. In the latter it is hoped to bring together the sprinting stars Stake blanks for the coming Coney Island meeting were distributed at Fairmount Friday. The features are headed by the 5,000 Cincinnati Herbs. Ten stakes in all are to be decided at the Ohio course. J. O. Keene will ship a two-year-old rep-representative n w at I-atonia to start in the Valley Stakes next Saturday. The Fairmount Jockey Club will have as guests oa July 2 a numher of disabled veterans of the late world war.
