GAVOTTE worked her way up on the inside and finished gamely. EXTRA DRY raced well. ALL IN ALL lost ground when entering the stretch and quit in the final eighth. Won driving: second and third the same. SWEEP IT steadily improved his position on the inside and, responding gamely to hard riding, got up to w.n in the final stride. BYWAY showed the most speed to the last eighth and raced URALITE into defeat, but swerved in the final sixteenth and tired at the end. UPTON lost ground when entering the stretch, but ran a good race thereafter. URALITE ran well and finished close up. BOMBSHELL tired. Scratched— 03216 Osage, 108. Overweight — Thos.
