ELEVEN IN SPENCE STRING Audley Farm Stable Arrives at Louisville in Splendid Condition — Creek Indian in Fine Form. LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 6.— Stables from the winter tracks are now arriving in large numbers and augmenting the already large colony of thoroughbreds at Churchill Downs and Douglas Park. Tuesday eleven horses belonging to the Audley Farm Stable arrived from New Orleans in charge of trainer Kay Spence. The consignment was headed by Creek Indian, the stables Kentucky Derby candidate. The colt arrived in splendid condition. Having been raced all winter, he is in racing form. The others in the string include Super-frank, the stables candidate for the Clark Handicap and Grainger Memorial ; Marlboro, Nevermore, Miami Triad and the following two-year-olds: Kings Star. Leisure Hours, Miss Furbelow, Jessica and Everlasting. The mares O Girl, Polly Sue. Miss Relvue. My Pet and Faithful Friend were sent to Lexington in charge of Terry OMalley. They are to be transferred to Coldstream Farm, where they will be bred. OMalley will return to Louisville with the horses Harp o the Wind, New Gold, Finnster. Sunday Clothes and Joy of Life. All of which had been turned out at W. R. Est ills farm. Jockeys W. Crump and E. Legere arrived with Spence. The latter also brought his promising apprentice R. Russell, a native of Virginia. Spence plans to leave here for Audley Farm to select eleven two-year-olds that he will ship to Churchill Downs to join the other members of the stable now at that track.
