PULLIAM PRAISES SOUTH AMERICAN RACE COURSES LEXIXGTON, Ky.. April 6— Keeling G. Pulliam. former resident of Lexington, now a resident of Los Angeles, is here on his way back to California from a tour of South America. "Until I made this trip," he said. "I was of the impression that the race course of Buenos Aires was the most beautiful in the world, for I had heard and read much to that effect, but it does not compare with the course at Valparaiso, in Chile. The Valparaiso people center their social activities at this racing park with its four tracks, two dirt and two grass. It has splendid stands and beautiful grounds. Racing there is conducted on a high plane, with pari-mutuel betting. The racing days are Thursdays and Sundays. To enter the stands, one mujit be in proper attire. Plus fours are all right in the paddock, but not in the stands."
