LIGE BREWSTER IS DEAD LEXINGTON, Ky., June 18. Lige Brewster, 61, widely known horse trainer, died here, this morning as a result of illness of long standing. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon with interment in Lexington Cemetery. He is survived by his widow, a brother and .sister, who reside somewhere in Indiana, where Brewster was born. He died penniless and horsemen at Latonia, Homewood and Collinsville have been requested to make contributions to his widow, who resides at 165 Barr Street, Lexington, Ky.
