JUDGE NELSON A VISITOR Judge Francis Xelson passed through Chicago yesterday on his way to Toronto, where plentiful work in an official capacity awaits him. Since the termination of the long and wearing Tijuana meeting, he has been resting in leisurely travel over favored sections in California. This pleasant relaxation now gives way to the strain incident to ruling over the most important of the meetings of the eastern Canadian racing circuit.
