; REINSTATE JOCKEY HEBERT COLUMBLTS. Ohio. April 25.— The stewards of the Louisiana Jockey Club promulgated the following notice today: "Jockey P. Hebert, suspended at the Fair Grounds for a faulty ride on Gale, has been restored to good standing. - "The stewards do not condone the offense, but in the absence of any direct evidence of fraud and in view of the subsequent races of the horse, the stewards do not consider it advisable to continue the suspension further.
