f LOUISVILLE TURF NOTES hB — — 4 LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 4. Mr. Lon Jones reported the arrival of a number of foals at his farm. Miss Cynthia has a bay colt, by Lee O. Cotner, Athena has a chestnut colt by the same sire, and Winding Through has a chestnut colt by Alta-wood. The three-year-old Cayuga, which Theodore E. Mueller of this city purchased at the sale of the E. F. Whitney estate at Pimlico Thursday for 3,900, together with Inquisitor, which cost ,000, are now en route to Churchill Downs, where they will join the Mueller Stable being trained by Jim Moody. The Kenton Farm Stable which had been in training at Latonia, arrived today at Douglas Park in charge of W. F. "Monk" Overton. Polk Lafoons Republic, whose training for the Kentucky Derby had t be stopped when he developed leg tr ble, has been sent to his owners farm, near Erlanger, Ky.
