AMICABLE SETTLEMENT LOUISVILLE, Ky.. May 14.— The stewards of Churchill Downs handed down the following self-explanatory announcement this afternoon : "V. S. Heaton. having withdrawn his suit against the Louisiana Jockey Club, was granted permission by the stewards to race his horses at Churchill Downs. This permission wIH not include the horse Aregal, which has been barred for inconsistent racing. The horses will be trained by It. L. Rogers."
