IRISH PAL DOUBTFUL STARTER COLLINSVILLE, 111., May 30.— It is doubtful if the many friends of Griffin Watkins of Alton will see his good colt Irish Pal among the starters in the Fairmount Derby Saturday. The popular colt is now at Churchill Downs and was entered in a race there Wednesday. Mr. Watkins said that the possibilities of his colt starting in the Fairmount Derby would depend largely upon the showing he made in that race. »
