DEVONSHIRE COURT DECISION WINDSOR. Ont, June IS.— County Judge John J. Coughlin has ruled that unless the Western Racing Association deposits 0,000 cash or a 5,000 bond before June 22 the Devonshire race track will have to go into receivership. Following the appeal of the association against the 18,000 award to William Woollatt for salary as manager of the association the latter applied to the courts for a receivership.
