At Lincoln Fields the section of the stable that has been campaigning on the Chicago tracks throughout the season will rejoin the main band. John Walters has shipped four two-year-olds, the property of 6. M. Ilcndii*3, to the latters farm near Versailles to be turned out. Charles A. Bidwell. secretary of the Illinois Turf Association, was among the Derby Day visitors. Col. M. J. Winn dt parted for Chicago tonight. He will personally direct additional preparation for the coming summer meeting at Lincoln Fields. Charles F. Price, presiding steward, and W. H. Shelley, racing secretary, will proceed to Lincoln Fields about rn-xt Thursday. Q. C. Mushier will campaign the stable of Alfred Kane at Itaceland following the close here. At the termination of the Ilaceland meeting the stable will be shipped to Haw- thorne. John McShane has purchased, at private terms from C. C. Van Meter, the two-year-old winner Doltaire. He has been turned over tc John Anderson to train. The stable of Dan Lehan, veteran turfman, will be raced at Lincoln Fields during the coming meeting. Lehan expects to ship at the expiration of the Latonia season. Apprentice F. Douzier will accompany the stable. C. A. Bianchi expects to take the stable of W. W. Williamson to the same track. Th re was a large delegation of enthusiasts from Louisville for the Derby. Among the visitors from that city were James T. Clark, G. Y. Hieatt. C. C. Hhatt, George J. Long, W. F. Smith of the State Racing Commission, S. S. McMeekin, V. Sanders, Israel Goodman, Mrs. James B. Brown. Mrs. W. Bonnie and daughter, Walter I. Kohn, Dr. Randell Roberts. Graham Brown. Hugh Young, Thomas Manson and John Callahan. Included among the visitors from Lexing- ton were W. S. Dudley, William Savage, W. !■. Klair, J. T. Looney. J. J. Craddy, Henry Williams. W. N. King and G. T. Stagg. Trainer Mose Lowenstt in has arranged to return Leo J. Marks Misstep to Arlington Park Sunday morning. Mop Up will accompany his illustrious stablemate. Harry McGoodwin of Louisville was a Derby visitor. He was disappointed at not finding his friend Jack Hacknuist.r at the track, as the latter had advised him that he expected to leave Naples, Fla., in time to mingle with the Derby throng.
