FIKE WATCH, close up from the start, improved his position steadily in the stretch under energetic riding and outfinish.d OMARS WW BUI in the -final strides. The latter raced close up all the way, ran a good rate and had no mishaps. GALLANTRY moved up quickly when called on, but tired at the end. DUSTl.ROOM was shuffled back at the start and lost much ground, then closed an immense gap. ALWAYS showed the most early speed and had no mishaps. 9C/1Q/1 SECOND RACE— About 2 Miles. DEVIL KIN raced under stout restraint for the first turn of the field and, coming fast when called on. finished well. SAORSTAT responded gamely when called on and finished resolutely. SOUL OF HONOR, racing well in the going, was swerving towards the inside from the start, but stood a long drive gamely and nosed JACK HIGH out at the end. JACK HIGH was crowded after the start and finished with a rush when clear. ZOOM met with interference, but recovered and closed a big gap. CLICK had no mishaps after showing the most speed to the last eighth. CHIEF EXECUTIVE ran green and swerved to the inside. CHESTNUT OAK was another which was crowded back after the start. COMSTOCKERY rushed over rapidly to the inside at the start. DONNAY almost went to his knees when crowded. Scratched — 2"iSJl-Bargello, 115. Overweight — Film. 3 pounds.
