WINDSOR TURF NOTES $— $ WINDSOR, Ont., June 23. Joe Schlessinger will depart for Cincinnati tonight. Gene Bury left for Hamilton today. Charles Henry, racing secretary at Windsor, has gone to Montreal, where he will serve in the same capacity at Delorimier Park. Queen Towton, good handicap performer, will be on the shelf for some time. She was kicked several times while at the post in the Parks Board Handicap Friday. C. D,. Thierry, agent for jockeys W. Harvey and D. Emery, departed for Hamilton, Ont., accompanied by his two riders. H. E. Brown, who holds the contract on the apprentice F. Silas, leading rider at the Windsor meeting, left for Chicago tonight to close the deal that will transfer the contract to Phil Reuter. P. Reuter is negotiating for the transfer of the contract that H. E. Brown holds on the apprentice F. Silas.
