J. B. JOEL BUYS FOXHILL LONDON, England.— J. B. Joel, the millionaire racehorse owner, has purchased the famous Wiltshire training establishment, Foxhill, between Hungerford and Swindon, which was developed by the late James White. Mr. Joels horses, which formerly were trained first by C. Morton and then by C. Peck at Letcombe Regis, Wantage, moved to Foxhill in July, 1926. and Mr. Joels team has been at Foxhill since then in the charge of C. Peck. When James White was in his heydey as a racehorse owner, he had many good winners from Foxhill, where H. L. Cottrill and subsequently G. L Ward trained for him.
