VOSHELL FINALLY TRIUMPHS Gelded Son of Blink Wins After Many Attempts at Omaha — Large Fields in Most Races. OMAHA, Neb., June 26.— Voshell, after many attempts, finally made good when he won the Fort Crook Handicap, which was the fifth and feature race on todays program. He scored a lucky victory, however, as Waimanu, which finished second, was easily best. Waimanu was practically left at the post, but after starting twenty lengths in the rear raced after the others and. pasing them in the final quarter, just missed by inches. Thistle Gold was a fast going third. A fair week-day crowd attended the races, in which large fields went to the post. The track was fast for the first time in many days. Lady Fad, from the Marchbank Stable, won the first race from Daphne Belle, with Star Trince third. The winner set most of the pace and won by a good margin. Seths Fern, a field horse, took the second race after showing the way throughout. Ninotte, the favorite, was second, and Holy Innocent, another field horse, finished third. Kid OKildare, making his first start in some time, won the third race by a head from iiigheart, while Gabaldon beat Leo Lampe in a driving finish in the fourth.
