SPEEDY SHAW was close up from the start, ran a good race and finished well. OUR CAROL was knocked back after the start, but worked his way up and closed an immense gap. MISS W ID WORTHY closed up some ground end ran a good race. ZEFHON ran well throughout. SATURDAY NIGHT quit badly after showing early speed. Scratched— 2G093 Blue Meteor. 104. FI.ITTl LA followed the leader under restraint, jumped well throughout and raced into a long lead on the second turn of the field and won in a canter. ENDICOTT jumped well throughout, moved op gamely v.hen called on and finished well. KE-KON-BOY showed the most speed for the first turn of the field, then tired badly. MANTONIAX raced well and had no mishaps. ORIONS SWOKD was pulled up after taking the fourteenth jump. IKON SIDES raced into a sale lead from the start and. setting a fast pace under light restraint, saved ground when entering the stretch and held YITO safe in the final drive, then worked out to a mile and a quarter. YITO moved up gamely when called on after rounding the far turn, then appeared to draw up on even terms with the leader in the stretch, but was tiring at the end. ALGERNON was outrun to the stretch turn, then came on the outside and finished fast. SANFORD ired badly in the stretch and was not persevered with.
